Auroville is an experimental township in the Territory of Puducherry in South India. It was founded in the 70s by Mira Alfassa, better known as, the Mother*, and designed by the French architect Roger Anger. The urban plan is set up as a galaxy with the Matrimandir as a spiritual center. The Line of Goodwill should establish a concrete alternative of the sprawling residential structures and would complete them through representing the spectrum of diverse urban living experiments. Rehab Co- Housing is an experiment that reaccesses the typology of standard rehabilitation centers and tries to combine them with a co-housing structure. It‘s manifesting the current research of cognitive perception and transforming it into a built form.

The greater aim of the project was to use background research outside the field of architecture to generate the design of private rooms and community spaces.
